Annual Conference

The SERC schedules a conference, generally annually, for public officials who respond to accidents and incidents, including those involving transportation of hazardous materials and for those who are not responders but who perform activities associated with emergency management or under Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).  The conference requires that participants register in advance to receive a certification.
