The Risk Reduction Earned Credit (RREC) Report collects and publishes data from a variety of state criminal justice agencies. The primary goals of the Report are to monitor trends in the RREC Program and provide policy makers and the public with a current look at the state's RREC Program and its participants. The Risk Reduction Earned Credit Report is published by the Connecticut Department of Corrections and Connecticut Office of Policy and Management and is required by Public Act No 15-216.
