An accused whose gross annual income is at or below the following amounts may be found eligible for public defender services
| Accused without dependents | $24,280 |
| Accused with one dependent | $32,920 |
| Accused with two dependent |
$41,560 |
| Accused with three dependent | $50,200 |
| Each additional dependent | $ 8,640 |
