Gov. Malloy Directs Flags to Return to Full-Staff on Tuesday Evening
(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that U.S. and state flags should return to full-staff at sunset on the evening of Tuesday, June 27, 2017. Flags have been flying at half-staff in the state in honor of U.S. Navy Sonar Technician 3rd Class Ngoc T. Truong Huynh of Oakville, who was among those who died on board the U.S.S. Fitzgerald in a collision in Japan on June 17. The U.S. Navy has scheduled a shipside memorial service to be held in Japan on Tuesday in his honor.- Twitter: @GovMalloyOffice
