Gov. Malloy: Flags to Return to Full-Staff on Saturday Evening

(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that – in accordance with a proclamation from President Barack Obama – U.S. and state flags should return to full-staff at sunset on the evening of Saturday, December 17, 2016.  Flags have been flying at half-staff throughout the country in tribute to former U.S. Senator, veteran, and astronaut John Glenn.
