Gov. Malloy to Hold Radio Town Hall Forum on Waterbury's WATR 1320 AM on March 15
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he will hold a radio town hall forum on Waterbury's WATR 1320 AM on the morning of Tuesday, March 15, 2016, to discuss his budget principles, his proposals for adapting state government to a changing economy, and other issues concerning the future of the state.
The radio town hall forum will be held live on the air from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Residents who would like an opportunity to ask the Governor a question can call the radio station at 203-757-1320 during that time. The radio broadcast will also stream live on the station's website at www.watr.com.
This will be the fifth event overall - and the first on the radio - in a series of town hall forums that the Governor and Lt. Governor are holding throughout the 2016 legislative session.
