Gov. Malloy Directs Flags to Return to Full-Staff on Friday Evening
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he is directing flags to return to full-staff at sunset on the evening of Friday, March 11, 2016. U.S. and state flags have been flying at half-staff this week in honor of First Lady Nancy Reagan, who passed away on March 6. A funeral service is being held Friday at the Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California.
