Gov. Malloy Directs Flags to Return to Full-Staff on Saturday Evening
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he is directing flags to return to full-staff at sunset on the evening of Saturday, February 20, 2016. U.S. and state flags have been flying at half-staff this week in honor of United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who passed away on February 13. A funeral mass for Justice Scalia will be held on Saturday morning in Washington, DC.
