Gov. Malloy Directs Flags to Return to Full-Staff on Friday Evening
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he is directing flags to return to full-staff at sunset on the evening of Friday, December 18, 2015. Connecticut flags have been flying at half-staff since Tuesday in honor of State Representative Terry Backer of Stratford, who passed away on Monday evening.
