Gov. Malloy Directs Flags to Half-Staff Monday for the Three-Year Anniversary of the Tragedy at Sandy Hook
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he is directing U.S. and Connecticut flags to fly at half-staff on Monday, December 14, 2015, from sunrise to sunset in honor of the 20 children and six adults who were killed three years ago at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown.
