(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a roundtable discussion with community leaders from the City of Bridgeport to discuss the " Second Chance Society " initiatives he announced earlier this week, which are designed to continue the progress being made in reducing the state's dropping crime rate. Participating will be Mayor Bill Finch, Police Chief Joseph L. Gaudett, Jr., Department of Correction Commissioner Scott Semple, faith leaders from area churches, state lawmakers, and other community advocates and state officials.
