Monday: Gov. Malloy Visits Businesses to Discuss Proposal to Lower the Sales Tax

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will visit downtown Middletown and take a walking tour of businesses in the district with Mayor Daniel T. Drew. During the visit, the Governor will discuss his plans to support the middle class by overhauling Connecticut's sales tax and lowering it to the lowest rate since the 1970s.
