THURSDAY: GOV. MALLOY ATTENDS 9/11 MEMORIAL OBSERVANCE AT STATE CAPITOL
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will attend a September 11th observance and bell ringing ceremony at the State Capitol in Hartford, where attendees will participate in a moment of silence to honor the victims of the attacks.
