(FARMINGTON, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today joined state, local and university officials for a ceremony placing the last steel beams on what will be the new hospital tower at the UConn Health Center in Farmington, marking another major milestone in the Bioscience Connecticut construction on the Farmington campus.
