TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY COMMEMORATES NEW LAW PROTECTING HORSE OWNERS AND HANDLERS; ATTENDS GINI'S HOUSE OPENING IN NORWALK
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday at noon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a ceremony at Locket's Meadow Farm in Bethany to commemorate the enactment of a new state law that protects the owners and handlers of domesticated horses from a recent court ruling by making it clear in state statute that the animals do not possess a naturally mischievous or vicious propensity. He will be joined at the ceremony by horse owners and members of the state's associated agricultural community. The legislation is

Following that, Governor Malloy will attend the grand opening ceremony of Gini's House, a supportive housing development in Norwalk.
