(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will be the featured guest for a discussion hosted by the Center for American Progress on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in Connecticut.

In the afternoon, Governor Malloy will give the keynote address at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners annual International Insurance Forum.
