TODAY: GOV. MALLOY MAKES MAJOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCEMENT; SPEAKS AT WALL OF HONOR EVENT

(HARTFORD, CT) - Today at 12:30 p.m., Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a news conference to make a major economic development announcement.

At 4:30 p.m., Governor Malloy will speak at the 7th annual Wall of Honor ceremony in Hartford. Started by Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman in 2007, the Wall of Honor memorializes Connecticut troops killed in Iraq and Afghanistan since the 2001 terrorist attacks. It includes photos of 64 Connecticut service members displayed in the concourse between the Capitol and the Legislative Office Building. This year, a photo of Air Force Staff Sergeant Todd James "TJ" Lobraico, Jr. will be added.
