TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY HONORED FOR COMMITMENTS TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday evening, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will be honored by the National Low Income Housing Coalition with the Edward W. Brook III Housing Leadership Award at the organization's 32nd Annual Housing Leadership Awards Reception in recognition of the historic investments the state has made in affordable housing during his administration. Since the Governor took office three and a half years ago, Connecticut has committed nearly $750 million to preserve or construct new affordable housing units across our state - the largest investment in affordable housing in Connecticut in decades.
