TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY MAKES ANNOUNCEMENT ON STATE ELECTRIC SUPPLIER MARKET

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday at noon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a news conference in Hartford to make an announcement regarding the state's efforts to address the growing number of consumer complaints regarding spiking prices, deceptive practices and lack of disclosure of rates and contract terms in Connecticut's electric supplier market. The Governor will be joined by Attorney General George Jepsen, Consumer Counsel Elin Swanson Katz, and other officials.
