THURSDAY: GOV. MALLOY DELIVERS STATE OF THE STATE ADDRESS

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday at noon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will deliver his annual State of the State address to a joint session of the Connecticut General Assembly.

Immediately prior to the address, Office of Policy and Management Secretary Ben Barnes will conduct a briefing for members of the media with details about the Governor's FY 2015 midterm budget adjustment proposals.

Budget documents will be posted onto the Governor's website shortly after his speech begins.
