GOV. MALLOY ISSUES PROCLAMATION FOR 38th ANNUAL BLACK HISTORY MONTH
(HARTFORD, CT) - In celebration of the many cultural, economic, and social contributions that African Americans have made to our state and our country, Governor Dannel P. Malloy issued a proclamation recognizing February 2014 as the 38th annual Black History Month in the State of Connecticut.
