TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY ATTENDS GRAND OPENING OF THE CONNECTICUT RIVER ACADEMY'S NEW BUILDING IN EAST HARTFORD

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will participate in the grand opening ceremony of the Connecticut River Academy's new building in East Hartford, which will be attended by all of the school's 390 students and other elected officials. The Connecticut River Academy, established in 2010, is a natural sciences and environmental studies magnet high school affiliated with Goodwin College and located on its campus. Classes at the high school had previously been located in temporary facilities on the college's main campus.
