TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY ATTENDS NATIONAL GOVERNORS ASSOCIATION MEETING ON WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will participate in a National Governors Association (NGA) meeting on education and workforce training in Stamford with Oklahoma Governor and NGA Chair Mary Fallin. Governor Malloy currently serves as chair of the organization's Education and Workforce Committee.

The Governor will highlight the unprecedented investments made in education during his administration - pre-k through college - in addition to the innovative economic development policies that have created more than 40,000 private sector jobs since January 2011.
