GOV. MALLOY DIRECTS FLAGS TO FULL-STAFF AT SUNSET ON FRIDAY
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy directed flags to full-staff at sunset on Friday, September 13, 2013.
Flags are flying at half-staff in honor of Staff Sgt. Todd J. Lobraico Jr., 22, who was killed in Afghanistan while serving in active duty with the 105th Security Forces Squadron at Stewart Air National Guard Base in New York. SSgt. Lobraico will be buried in Sherman on Friday.
