TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY PARTICIPATES IN NEWS CONFERENCE ON NEW CANCER TREATMENT COLLABORATION; SPEAKS AT LIBRARY ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE; HOLDS COMMUNITY FORUM IN NORWALK

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will participate in a news conference with scientists and cancer specialists from Jackson Laboratory, Hartford Hospital and the Connecticut Children's Medical Center to announce a new collaboration regarding cancer treatment for adults and children.

Later, Governor Malloy will give remarks at the Connecticut Library Association's 122nd annual conference in Cromwell.

In the evening, Governor Malloy and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman will hold a community forum in Norwalk, where they will speak with members of the public on the state's pressing issues. This will be the seventh event of this series of community forums.
