GOV. MALLOY'S SANDY HOOK ADVISORY COMMISSION TO CONTINUE DISCUSSIONS ON SERVICES FOR MENTAL HEALTH
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that the Sandy Hook Advisory Commission is next scheduled to meet on Friday, April 12 , at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford, where they will hear from behavioral health professionals on the services available for children and youths.
The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. in hearing room 2D.
The Sandy Hook Advisory Commission is a 16-member panel of experts created by Governor Malloy to review current policy and make specific recommendations in the areas of public safety, with particular attention paid to school safety, mental health, and gun violence prevention.
