(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will speak at a rally of workers from the construction industry who are gathering at the State Capitol in support of the Governor's proposed budget and its investments in capital improvement projects that will create thousands of construction jobs in the state.
