GOV. MALLOY ISSUES PROCLAMATION FOR 37th ANNUAL BLACK HISTORY MONTH
(HARTFORD, CT) - In celebration of the many cultural, economic, and social contributions that African Americans have made to our state and our country, Governor Dannel P. Malloy issued a proclamation recognizing February 2013 as the 37th annual Black History Month in the State of Connecticut.
