THURSDAY: GOV. MALLOY MEETS WITH SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS FROM ACROSS CONNECTICUT

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy, Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman and Department of Economic & Community Development Commissioner Catherine Smith will host a roundtable discussion at the State Capitol with a group of more than 30 small business owners from across Connecticut whose companies are participating in the state's Small Business Express Program (EXP), which provides loans and grants to small businesses to spur growth and job creation. The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss how the program is progressing and what can be done to further the state's economic development goals.
