THURSDAY: GOV. MALLOY HIGHLIGHTS BENEFITS OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAMS

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Daniel C. Esty will visit Modern Woodcrafts in Plainville, where they will highlight the benefits of energy efficiency programs for businesses and individuals. Last month, Governor Malloy unveiled a comprehensive energy strategy for the state, which looks to make cleaner, cheaper and more reliable energy available to more residents and businesses. Energy efficiency is a major component of that proposal.
