TUESDAY: AGENCY COMMISSIONERS MAKE BRIEF PRESENTATIONS TO GOV. MALLOY ON CHANGES IN STATE GOVERNMENT

Full Report to be Released Tuesday

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday morning, state agency commissioners will make brief presentations to Governor Dannel P. Malloy highlighting some of the changes being made in state government. The full report will be released at the conclusion of the meeting.

Immediately upon taking office, Governor Malloy tasked his commissioners with finding ways to do more with less - creating efficiencies that save taxpayer dollars while maintaining and/or enhancing the delivery of services. The report that will be released at Tuesday's meeting was compiled by agency commissioners and highlights some of the progress that has been made to date in these efforts.

At the conclusion of the meeting, members of the media will have an opportunity to ask the Governor and the commissioners questions about the report.
