FRIDAY: GOV. MALLOY SPEAKS AT ARCHBISHOP'S ST. PATRICK'S DAY BREAKFAST; OPENS BUSINESS TAX POLICY TASK FORCE MEETING

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will give remarks at the Archbishop's St. Patrick's Day Breakfast in Hartford, an annual event hosted by Archbishop Henry J. Mansell and the Foundation for the Advancement of Catholic Schools.

In the afternoon, Governor Malloy will give opening remarks at the first meeting of the Governor's Business Tax Policy Review Task Force. The tax force was established by Executive Order No. 17 and is charged with reviewing the state's business tax policies to ensure that Connecticut is getting the maximum return on its investments, with an eye toward policies that will make the state even more competitive for future job growth.
