WEDNESDAY: GOV. MALLOY KEYNOTES CT COUNCIL OF SMALL TOWNS ANNUAL CONFERENCE

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will give the keynote speech at the Connecticut Council of Small Towns (COST) annual conference in Cromwell, where he will speak about his efforts to foster an economic revival in Connecticut and reform the state's education system to prepare students with the skills they need to succeed in the 21st century economy.
