GOV. MALLOY ORDERS FLAGS TO FULL STAFF AT SUNSET
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy ordered the Connecticut and U.S. flags returned to full staff at sunset today.
Flags were lowered on November 1, 2011 in honor of Sergeant Ari Cullers, who was killed in action while repairing a bulldozer in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. Sergeant Cullers, 28, of New London, served in the Army's HHC Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team (BCT) and was stationed out of Ft. Drum, NY.
