WEDNESDAY: GOV. MALLOY TOURS HURRICANE IRENE DAMAGE IN POMFRET, SPRAGUE & LEDYARD
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will visit impacted areas in Pomfret, Sprague and Ledyard to obtain an up-close look at the damage caused by Hurricane Irene, speak with residents, and receive updates from municipal officials regarding the condition of their local recovery efforts.
The Governor's schedule is as follows:
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31:
  • Sprague: 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. - Tour begins at the Town Hall (1 Main Street)
  • Ledyard: 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. - Tour begins at the Town Hall (741 Colonel Ledyard Highway)
