FRIDAY: GOV. MALLOY ATTENDS GAYLORD HOSPITAL SOLAR PANEL CEREMONY IN WALLINGFORD
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will give remarks at a ceremony to congratulate Gaylord Hospital of Wallingford on a grant from the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund that will help build a Solar Thermal Hot Water heating system providing two-thirds of the hospital's domestic hot water needs using solar energy. Gaylord is the first hospital in the state to commit to this alternative energy project that will help reduce the hospital's carbon emissions.
