WEDNESDAY: GOVERNOR MALLOY SPEAKS AT NEW ENGLAND ENERGY CONFERENCE; ATTENDS COAST GUARD GRADUATION; ADDRESSES STUDENTS AT ACE SCHOLARSHIP DINNER

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will speak at the 18th Annual New England Energy Conference and Exposition in Groton, where he will discuss his vision for structuring energy policy for the state, and his commitment to lowering energy costs and investing in renewable energy sources.

Following that, Governor Malloy will attend the U.S. Coast Guard Academy graduation ceremony in New London, where President Barack Obama will deliver the commencement address.

Later Wednesday evening, Governor Malloy will address the ACE Mentor Program's scholarship dinner in Hamden. ACE connects high school students interested in architecture, engineering and construction careers with industry professionals who work with them on authentic projects that help students learn about professions in the ACE industry.
