THURSDAY: GOVERNOR MALLOY CELEBRATES AFRICAN
AMERICAN HISTORY IN CT
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy will attend the ceremony for the launch of the Connecticut Freedom Trail website on Thursday afternoon. The Connecticut Freedom Trail was established in 1995 with the intention of educating the public about local African American history in State of Connecticut. The trail, which initially had 60 sites in 30 towns, now consists of 130 sites in 60 towns.
