Due to public health concerns, CONTESTED CASE HEARINGS scheduled for the weeks of March 16 and March 23 are POSTPONED. The regular meeting of the FOI Commission scheduled for March 25, 2020, is CANCELED.

Section 1-21j-49  Generally

The commission may at any time institute investigations for such purposes as may be authorized by law, including those purposes set forth in subsection (d) of section 1-21j of the general statutes.
