     A regular meeting of the Freedom of Information Commission was held on June 8, 2016, in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting convened at 2:07 p.m. with the following Commissioners present:

     Also present were staff members, Colleen M. Murphy, Victor R. Perpetua, Lisa F. Siegel, Kathleen K. Ross, Valicia D. Harmon, Paula S. Pearlman, Cindy Cannata, and Thomas A. Hennick.
     The Commissioners unanimously voted to approve the minutes of the Commission’s regular meeting of May 25, 2016.
     Those in attendance were informed that the Commission does not ordinarily record the remarks made at its meetings, but will do so on request.

     Victor R. Perpetua reported on pending appeals.
     Colleen M. Murphy reported that as part of the separation of the FOIC from the Office of Governmental Accountability, no provisions were made for the FOIC to have access to any Human Resource, IT or payroll personnel. She informed commissioners that she was in discussion with the Department of Administrative Services about correcting that situation.
     Colleen M. Murphy reminded commissioners that the annual CCFOI luncheon will be held at the Pond House in Hartford on June 15 at noon.

     The meeting was adjourned at 2:32 p.m.
