     A regular meeting of the Freedom of Information Commission was held on February 8, 2012, in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting convened at 2:13 p.m. with the following Commissioners present:

     Executive Director Colleen M. Murphy administered the oath of office to new commissioner Matthew Streeter.

     The Commissioners voted, 5-0,  to deny a motion for reconsideration dated January 30, 2012 filed by Nancy Burton in Docket #FIC 2011-182, Nancy Burton v. Daniel Esty, Commissioner, Department of Environmental Protection. Commissioner Shaw did not vote on the matter. Commissioner Riess recused herself from participating in this matter.
