     For purposes of the hearing, this matter was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2015-694, Gregory A. Slate v. First Selectman, Town of Westport; and Town of Westport; and Docket #FIC 2015-712, Gregory Slate v. First Selectman, Town of Westport; and Town of Westport.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
     1. The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
