     The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on October 30, 2014, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  For purposes of hearing, this matter was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2014-144, Rich Saluga v. Chairman, Board of Assessment Appeals, Town of Brookfield; and Town of Brookfield
     By email dated November 13, 2014, the complainant stated that he wished to withdraw his complaint in Docket #FIC 2014-236.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned matter.
     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
