     The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on May 22, 2014 and July 16, 2014, at which times the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  At the conclusion of the July 16, 2014 contested case hearing, the hearing officer ordered that briefs on the legal issues raised in the case be filed by August 8, 2014. 

     Subsequent to the July 16, 2014 contested case hearing, the parties notified the hearing officer that they were continuing to work together to resolve this case.
     By letter dated and received August 1, 2014, the complainant informed the Commission that the parties had reached a settlement in this case and that his complaint should be considered withdrawn.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such letter.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
     1.  Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
     2.  The Commission commends the parties on having worked so diligently on the resolution of this case as well as on their courteous communications to the hearing officer regarding the same.
