The Connecticut Department of Public Health will officially launch “Live Healthy Connecticut” - a coordinated chronic disease prevention and health promotion plan for Connecticut. The plan includes ambitious yet achievable 5-year objectives and strategies to reduce the burden of chronic diseases while promoting health and health equity in Connecticut.
