The Commissioner of Public Health has selected the below Smiles for Life courses as the approved training program for a legally qualified practitioner of medicine, physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse to complete the Part 3 - Oral Health Assessment/Screening form as part of the health assessment record for school enrollment.
