MODIFICATION TO
FINDINGS OF FACT,
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER


WHEREAS, on July 13, 2007, the Banking Commissioner issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order, In The Matter of:  Steven Gray;

AND WHEREAS, a clerical error exists in Paragraph 2) of the Order concerning the payment of the fine imposed on Respondent.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 4-181a(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Banking Commissioner hereby issues this Modification to Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order:
“2)    “Pursuant to Section 36b-27(d)(2) of the 2006 Supplement to the General Statutes, Respondent Steven Gray shall pay a FINE in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000).  The fine shall be paid by cashier’s check, certified check or money order, made payable to “Treasurer, State of Connecticut”, no later than ninety (90) days from the date this Order is mailed.”
