If you have a similar “Driving Privilege” or “Drive Only” license from a state other than Connecticut, you may transfer that out-of-state license for a Connecticut Drive Only license.
You will not have to take the learner's permit knowledge test or the on-the-road test. You must meet all other requirements for a Connecticut Drive Only license.
