Instructor Licensing

Apply for an Instructor's License

You can obtain a Commercial Driving Instructor License by completing the DMV application process, passing the required examinations and paying the required licensing fee.

Renew an Instructor's License

Driving instructors can renew their instructor's license by completing an R-7A form and submitting renewal fee with related paperwork to DMV.
