UNTIMELY DEATH INVESTIGATION,
WESTBROOK, CT
   On Thursday, June 19, 2008, at 10:17 a.m., the State Police from Troop F in Westbrook received a call from a citizen reporting the possibility of a body on a Long Island Sound shoreline property in Westbrook. State Troopers responded to the area of Old Kelsey Point Road and located the deceased body of an elderly female on the beach.
   State Police Detectives from the Central District Major Crime Squad were summoned to the scene to assume this untimely death investigation.
   An on-scene investigation was conducted, at which time State Police Detectives were able to obtain information and items of evidentiary value.
   Investigators from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner were summoned to the scene and subsequently removed the body to the OCME for a post mortem examination.
   

   The victim has been identified as Elsie White, DOB: 08-30-39, with a last known address of 68 Essex Court, Westbrook, CT.

   State Police Investigators have determined through investigative measures that the untimely death of Elsie White contains no criminal aspect.
